University of Stellenbosch: Schumann Building lecture hall project

Level 1 and 2 of the Schumann Building in Stellenbosch have not been upgraded for many years. The fixed furniture in the lecture halls were old and damaged, the presentation technology was archaic and the statuary requirements for health and safety was not met.

Over the course of the last 2 years, we totally transformed these two floors into fresh, modern lecture halls with state-of-the-art technology, providing a comfortable and safe place for students to learn.

Camps Bay: Major Renovation

The client bought an old, outdated home in Camps Bay a few years ago. After living in the house for a few years, they decided to transform the house in to a modern, luxury home. It was an extensive project that stretched over a year, but the wait was worth it for the owner!

This was one of the biggest and most complex residential renovations we have ever been involved in.

3D Scan Survey: Stellenbosch Farmstead

The appointed architect approached us to do a scan survey of a 10 000 square metre farmstead outside Stellenbosch. The existing plans of the building was very old and inaccurate, so we scanned the entire site, and all the buildings. We delivered the existing plans and 3D models to the architect in less than 3 weeks.

This project saved them a lot of time and money.

New Home: Digteby Estate, Stellenbosch

This large luxury home in the Stellenbosch winelands was designed and built for a young family of 4. Delivering on the client’s brief, while staying within the design parameters of the estate, was a challenge that we relished.

The end result is a home that is comfortable and beautiful.
